By using our services, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
A refund may be issued under the following conditions:
The courier pickup was not completed after payment was made.
The order was cancelled before the parcel was picked up.
The shipment could not be processed due to service unavailability in the pickup or delivery area.
A duplicate payment was made for the same shipment.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
The parcel has already been picked up or shipped.
Incorrect or incomplete pickup or delivery details were provided by the sender.
Delivery delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
The shipment was delayed due to customs, security checks, or government regulations.
The package contains prohibited or restricted items.
If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, customers must report the issue to FastKartService support within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
After verification, compensation or a partial refund may be provided based on the investigation and company policies.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Customers may cancel a shipment request before the courier pickup is completed. Once the parcel has been picked up, the shipment cannot be cancelled.
